Nox

Tall vase with bumpy relief is built by hand out of black high-fired stoneware clay, partially glazed. Named after Greek goddess Nyx.
Nyx in Greek, or Nox in Latin - born of Chaos is the primordial goddess of the night. Mother to personification which I'm very fond of - Aether (Brightness), Hemera (Day), Hypnos (Sleep), the Oneiros (Dream).
